This black nickel plated snare drum has an incredible powerful sound to match its amazing good looks! The beaded steel shell is fitted with elegant contoured chrome tube lugs. The eight minimal contact tube lugs have rubber isolation gaskets to prevent lug to shell contact for maximum shell resonance. A wide tuning range allows for fat back beats or high cracking rim shots. The lever style snare throw-off features a rubber covered lever and adjustment knob for precise adjustment. Great sensitivity comes from the 20 strand steel snare wires and 1.6mm triple flange hoops. This versatile drum performs from a whisper to a roar at an unbelievable price!
